Book Pick: Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking when Stakes are High by K Patterson, J Grenny, R McMillan, and A Switzler

​

Leading up to the May 2 meeting, ATs can submit crucial conversations they may be struggling with at work anonymously or non-anonymously to Dear AT. We may select some situations and offer advice/feedback, look at tips from the book for how to handle them, or provide an opportunity for a practice conversation with a volunteer actor or AT mentor who may have the same background as the other party in the situation (ie administrator, coach, colleague, etc). Practice Conversations can be set up privately if desired.
